Low-liquor dyeing with reactive and pigment dyes, AZO-free recipes and lab-dip approval before bulk fabric release.

CAD marker planning for fabric yield, automated spreaders, then line sewing with in-line inspection every 30 pieces.

Vacuum-table pressing, collar and cuff shaping, thread snipping and needle-detection sweep for child-safe lines.

Post-consumer PET bottles, fishing nets, carpet scrap and textile off-cuts are baled and sorted by polymer type.
Sorted waste is cleaned, shredded and melted into a regenerated polymer melt with no virgin oil input.
The melt is extruded into nylon and rPET chips, with each lot batch-numbered for traceability.
Chips are spun into filament yarn and knitted or woven using zero-waste marker plans.
Organic and low-liquor dyes cut water use; effluent passes through ETP before discharge.
Shirts and tees leave the line in recyclable polybags and FSC-mix cartons, ready for retail.
Assembled from post-delivery interviews with retail, e-commerce and uniform clients across 2023–2025.
Over 100,000 developed styles indexed by fabric, GSM, fit block and decoration method, so you can build a full season range from one source instead of five suppliers.
Send a sketch, a reference garment or a full tech pack. Our pattern room drafts, grades and produces a fit sample before a single metre of bulk fabric is cut.
Starting at 50 pieces per style, you can test a capsule, read the sell-through and scale — without locking working capital into 1,000-piece commitments.
Quotations break down fabric, trims, CMT, decoration and freight separately, so you always know which lever to pull to hit your target margin.

As a private label shirt manufacturer, our job is to disappear into your brand. Woven main labels, printed care labels, custom neck tape, engraved buttons, branded hangtags, polybag stickers and retail cartons are all produced to your artwork and colour references.
Programme work spans licensed merchandise, sports events, hospitality groups, fitness chains and public agencies.
Oasis Shirts has operated as a wholesale shirt and t-shirt manufacturer since 2011, with headquarters in Beverly Hills, California and production partners across nine countries. Our merchandising teams have delivered more than 5,000 brand programmes — boutique labels ordering a 200-piece capsule, e-commerce sellers restocking best-sellers monthly, and uniform groups outfitting multi-site operations. That mix is deliberate: it keeps our pattern room fluent in both fashion blocks and functional workwear construction.
Our catalogue is organised by how a garment is built rather than only by trend name. Woven shirts are offered in poplin, oxford, twill, dobby, chambray, corduroy, flannel and linen blends; knitted tops in single jersey, pique, interlock, slub and French terry. Standard woven details include mother-of-pearl or engraved buttons, clean-finished buttonholes, flat-felled or French side seams, fused or unfused collars and cuffs, and 14–18 stitches per inch depending on the fabric weight. For plus size and Gen Z blocks we re-draft the pattern rather than simply grading it, because scaled patterns distort armhole depth and shoulder slope.
If you print, embroider or sublimate in-house, our unbranded and blank programme supplies neutral garments with removable size stickers, tear-away or sewn labels and packaging prepared for your workflow. If you would rather we handle decoration, our in-house options cover screen printing, DTG, DTF, 3D all-over sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, laser fading and puff printing. Send artwork as vector files or layered PSDs; our team returns a digital mock-up and, on bulk orders, a pre-production sample for written approval before the line starts.
Sustainability language is easy to write and hard to verify. Our low-impact range is built on GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS recycled polyester from post-consumer PET, TENCEL™ Lyocell blends and BCI cotton, produced with low-liquor dyeing, AZO-free recipes and effluent treatment. Where a certificate applies to your order, we supply the transaction certificate and test reports with the shipping documents so your marketing claims stay defensible in any market you sell into.
White label is the faster route — you select an existing Oasis Shirts pattern and we apply your branding, which shortens development and lowers sampling cost. Private label is the deeper route — we develop the fabric, block, fit and trim package exclusively for your brand, which protects differentiation and supports premium positioning. Many clients begin with white label to validate demand, then migrate winning styles into private label once reorder data is in hand.
The six questions our merchandisers answer most often, written out in full.
Blank stock programmes start at 50 pieces per style. Custom-developed styles start at 100 pieces per colour with a size run you define, and private label programmes that include woven labels, hangtags and custom packaging start at 150 pieces per style.
Pre-production samples are completed in 7 to 10 working days. Bulk production of blank stock takes 12 to 18 working days, while fully custom cut-and-sew programmes take 25 to 35 working days depending on fabric development and print technique. Sea freight adds 18 to 35 days by lane; air freight adds 4 to 7 days.
Standard options include 100% combed cotton poplin and oxford at 110–160 GSM, cotton twill and brushed flannel at 170–220 GSM, 4.5 oz to 8 oz jersey for tees, 8–12 oz denim, linen and linen blends, corduroy, recycled polyester, TENCEL™ blends and GOTS-certified organic cotton. Fits are available in slim, regular, relaxed, oversized and plus-size re-drafted blocks.
Yes. White label applies your branding to an existing Oasis Shirts pattern for faster turnaround and lower sampling cost. Private label covers full development — tech pack interpretation, fabric sourcing, pattern drafting, grading, labelling, barcoding and retail-ready packaging — produced exclusively under your brand.
Our partner units operate under OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, ISO 9001, SA8000 social compliance, Organic Content Standard and Walt Disney FAMA-approved audits. Lab test reports and transaction certificates are supplied per shipment on request.
We ship to 55 countries using air, sea and express courier with FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Front-end offices in the USA, UK, Australia, UAE and Qatar handle local documentation, duty guidance and after-sales support in your time zone.
Share a sketch, a reference garment or a full tech pack. A dedicated merchandiser will walk you through fabric options, MOQ tiers and a realistic delivery window.
