Bring Your Apparel Designs to Life: Custom Shirt & Tee Production

Whether you are an established fashion house expanding your seasonal line, an e-commerce brand launching a new collection, or a corporate buyer developing signature uniforms, Oasis Shirts turns raw design concepts into market-ready garments. From initial tech packs, vector files, or physical reference samples, our technical apparel design team handles everything from pattern drafting and fabric development to precision bulk manufacturing.

We work directly with commercial apparel buyers across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, offering end-to-end OEM and ODM services. By providing transparent cost engineering, verified factory compliance, and low minimum order quantities (MOQs), we enable brand managers and apparel procurement teams to scale seamlessly without incurring excess inventory risks.

Direct Technical Collaboration: Share your sketches, AI vector files, tech packs, or sample physical garments. Our engineering team reviews construction feasibility, fabric options, seam specifications, and cost parameters before pattern drafting begins.
End-to-End Execution

How Your Custom Shirt Design Moves from Concept to Delivery

Every custom program undergoes a rigorous 5-stage manufacturing workflow engineered to eliminate measurement variances and ensure exact brand compliance.

Tech pack review and CAD marker planning
Stage 01

Tech Pack & CAD Drafting

Our pattern masters review artwork, build digital tech specs, draft graded size sets (XS–6XL), and optimize fabric yield through automated CAD software.

Fabric matching and lab dip approval
Stage 02

Fabric Sourcing & Lab Dips

Choose from poplin, oxford, twill, flannel, linen, or eco-friendly jersey. We match Pantone TCX colors and issue lab dips for written client approval.

Pre-production sampling and fit testing
Stage 03

Sample Prototyping

Pre-production fit samples are sewn in 7–10 days with complete custom trims, woven labels, prints, or embroidery for full physical verification.

Bulk manufacturing and quality inspection
Stage 04

Bulk Production & AQL 2.5

Precision cut-and-sew line production backed by in-process inspections, final AQL 2.5 audit checks, GS1 barcoding, and DDP export logistics.

Expert Guidance on Custom Shirt Development & Tech Packs

Submitting an initial custom concept requires more than just an aesthetic idea. To guarantee that bulk production matches your creative vision, our engineering department reviews critical structural components prior to pattern drafting.

1. Essential Elements of a Production-Ready Concept

While we can develop patterns from simple sketches or sample garments, providing detailed technical information accelerates sample approval. Ideal design submissions include:

  • Fabric Construction: Specification of yarn count, weave (e.g., 80s two-ply poplin, 3/1 twill, 24s single jersey), GSM/weight, and stretch requirements.
  • Color Guidance: Pantone Matching System (PMS / TCX codes) for precise dyeing of fabrics, collar bands, and stitching threads.
  • Trim & Detail Specs: Button sizing (line size 14–18), button material (mother-of-pearl, resin, metal), collar stiffener stay specifications, and cuff construction.
  • Measurement Spec Sheets: Key dimension points including chest width, shoulder slope, armhole depth, sleeve length, collar height, and total body length.

2. Protecting Your Intellectual Property

We respect the artistic and commercial value of your custom designs. Oasis Shirts operates under non-disclosure protocols. Patterns created for your account remain strictly proprietary and are never re-used, re-sold, or made accessible to third parties.

3. Sustainable & Eco-Conscious Development Options

Global apparel buyers seeking circular fashion options can submit custom concepts based on certified sustainable materials. Options include GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester (rPET from post-consumer ocean plastic), and TENCEL™ Lyocell blends, supplied complete with transaction certificates (TC) for full compliance verification.

Custom Concept & Prototyping FAQs

Answers to common questions regarding technical design submissions, prototyping lead times, and manufacturing terms.

We accept Adobe Illustrator vector files (AI/EPS), vector PDFs, high-resolution layered Photoshop files (PSD), technical packs (PDF/Excel), high-resolution photo reference photos, or clear hand-annotated sketches.

No technical pack? No problem. Our in-house technical merchandising team can draft complete measurement specs, grading rules, and construction callouts directly from your sample garments or reference images prior to physical sampling.

Initial pre-production fit samples, lab dips, and decoration strike-offs are typically completed and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days following artwork and specification confirmation.

Custom cut-and-sew shirt and t-shirt programs start at just 100 pieces per style/colourway. This includes customized fit grading, specific fabric sourcing, custom woven labels, and retail packaging.

All design concepts, patterns, artwork, and technical specifications uploaded to Oasis Shirts remain 100% your proprietary property. We readily execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before design review.

We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to over 55 countries using express air courier, air cargo, or ocean freight. Our regional offices handle customs clearances, duties guidance, and logistics paperwork.
